The safe use of our candles is important to us and we would like you to be aware of the following candle safety information. You can find safety instructions on the base of all of our candles.
Never leave a burning candle unattended.
Burn candles out of reach of children and pets.
Always leave at least 10cm between burning candles.
Do not burn candles on or near anything that can catch fire.
Do not place candles in a draught.
Trim wick to 5mm before lighting.
Do not burn a candle all the way down. Finish using your candles when 5mm of wax remains.
Always snuff out the candle. Do not blow out.
Keep the wax pool clear of any debris to avoid flaring.
Never burn candles for more than 4 hours at a time.
Avoid touching or moving candles when lit as the container may become hot during use.
Ensure the wick is upright, above the wax and central before the wax sets.
