Delivery

Free standard UK delivery (Royal Mail 2nd Class) will be applied to all orders over £40. No discount code is required to activate free delivery.

We endeavour to dispatch orders within 2-3 working days after an order is placed and the payment is received, unless they are placed over the weekend, in which case they will be sent the following Monday. Payment for all orders is made at the point of sale, and not at the point of dispatch.

All standard deliveries will be sent by Royal Mail 2nd Class and can usually be expected within 3-5 business days.

Once your order leaves us you will receive a dispatch confirmation email. If your order is urgent, please get in touch prior to ordering and we will do our best to accommodate.

Refunds and Returns

We hope you love your purchase but if anything is not right, please contact us on hello@botanicalforrest.co.uk for assistance.

We take care to ensure your products are properly protected during transit but we appreciate that very occasionally damages may occur. We will replace or provide a full refund on products damaged during delivery if photographic proof of damage is sent to us within 7 days of delivery. We sadly cannot refund or replace candles that have been used.

You are welcome to return unused products for a full refund or exchange for another product of the same size and price within 30 days of purchase. The buyer is responsible for the delivery cost on all returned items. Please consider a signed for or trackable service. Please notify us on hello@botanicalforrest.co.uk.
